With any professional granite installation, a template must be made to ensure an exact cut and trouble-free installation. This template can only be made once your new cabinets are in place. With most granite companies, you’re required to wait a minimum of 3 weeks in between cabinet installation and counter installation, rendering your kitchen useless. In many cases, the wait can be 6 weeks or longer!
Rock Your World believes these long waits are much too inconvenient for the typical homeowner. This is why we developed our 10-day Turnaround Guarantee: If you don’t receive your new granite countertop within 10 days of your cabinet installation, you’ll receive a premium under-mount stainless steel sink at no charge. That’s a $250 value.
10-Day Turnaround Guarantee Rules
Countertops must be ordered at least 30 days prior to cabinet installation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. Template measurement must be scheduled 21 days in advance and would ideally occur the day after cabinet installation. Counter installation will then be scheduled and completed within 9 working days of template measurement. Working days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. If counter installation does not occur within 9 working days due to Rock Your World scheduling, the purchaser will receive a complimentary premium under-mount stainless steel sink valued at $250 (installation included).
If any of the above rules are not adhered to, Rock Your World reserves the right to void this written guarantee. Additionally, if installation cannot be completed due to scheduling conflicts on behalf of the purchaser, this guarantee will be void.
